The ICE-T Meet the Buyers 2012 event and event website is provided by the South East Health Technologies Alliance (SEHTA). The event website provides delegates with general information about MTB2012. The site also enables partnering delegates to communicate with each other and pre-arrange meetings. SEHTA may need to change the content without notice.
This information sets out the terms and privacy policy for the ICE-T Meet the Buyers 2012 event.
The event website, http://mtb2012.meeting-mojo.com, is hosted and managed by Meeting Mojo on behalf of SEHTA.
By visiting this site (http://mtb2012.meeting-mojo.com), and by booking an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Before using this site, you should read the Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

About you
By making a booking through our site, you warrant that:
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
- You are at least 18 years old
Registration
To attend MTB2012, you will first need to register and create a user account with us via the event website: http://mtb2012.meeting-mojo.com. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details on how we protect your personal information.
You will need your user name and password to access certain areas of the website, e.g. to arrange meetings. You must take all reasonable precautions to protect your user name and password.
Registration process
After registering, we will send you an email to acknowledge that we have received your registration request. Please note that this acknowledgement does not mean that we have accepted your booking. All places are subject to availability, and we allocate places in the order in which we receive the bookings.
We will check that you have selected the correct delegate package, and that we have a place available.
We will then send you an email to confirm your place, and to confirm that we have received your payment.
We will authorize your access to the partnering functions, after which you will be able to contact buyers/sellers and arrange meetings.
SEHTA Membership
We are offering all MTB2012 delegates automatic membership of SEHTA. Membership is free, and entitles you to a profile in the SEHTA member directory, subscription to the SEHTA newsletter and access to member-only events. If you do not want to take advantage of this offer of free SEHTA membership, please let us know at the time of booking: mtb2012@sehta.co.uk
Special Requirements
We want you to be able to participate fully in MTB2012, so if you have any dietary or access requirements, please let us know at the time of booking: mtb2012@sehta.co.uk
Registration deadlines
Places at MTB2012 are limited. All delegate places are allocated in the order in which we receive the bookings. If you leave your registration until the deadline, we cannot guarantee your place. Registration will remain open, subject to availability until:
- Monday 20th August, 2012 for Exhibitors
- Monday 3rd September, 2012 for Buyers and Seller Delegates
- Monday 10th September, 2012 for Conference Delegates
- If delegate places are sold out, we will operate a waiting list
Price and Payment
All prices are as quoted on the website and are exclusive of VAT.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
You may pay for your booking online via credit card or Paypal, or you can ask us to send you invoice. Please note that payment will need to be made within 7 days of the date of the invoice. If you have chosen to pay by invoice, we will not be able to confirm your place, and you will not be able to pre-arrange meetings until we have received your payment.
Cancellation, Refunds, and Substitutions
All bookings are subject to a £50 +vat non-refundable booking fee.
If you are unable to attend, we would be happy for you to provide an appropriate substitute, but you will need to provide us with their details by Monday 10th September at the latest. If you are a Buyer or Seller and wish to send a substitute, and have already pre-arranged meetings, you must inform those that you have arranged meetings with of the change.
If you are a Buyer, Seller or Conference delegate unable to attend, please tell us before Monday 27th August, 2012, and we will be able to refund your delegate fee (less the non-refundable booking fee). If you notify us after this date, we will not be able to refund your delegate fee. If you are a Buyer or Seller, and have already pre-arranged meetings, you must inform those that you have arranged meetings with that you will no longer be able to attend.
If you are an Exhibitor, please tell us before Monday 20th August, 2012 if you are not able to attend and we will be able to refund your delegate fee (less the non-refundable booking fee). If you notify us after this date, we will not be able to refund your delegate fee.
Exhibitors
By registering as an exhibitor for this event, you agree:
- To complete setting up your stand/table before the exhibition opens at 08:30 on the day of the event
- Not to dismantle your stand before the exhibition ends at 16:30, unless otherwise instructed by the SEHTA Events team.
If you are an exhibitor who is also partnering, you agree:
- To complete your detailed profile as soon as possible, to provide sufficient information for successful partnering
- Respond to internal site messages in a timely way
- Confirm/decline meeting invitations within 24 hours of receipt
- Inform the event organisers and potential partners if you are no longer able to attend the event or if you will be sending a substitute.
Buyers and Sellers
By registering as a Buyer or Seller delegate for this event, you agree:
- To complete your detailed profile as soon as possible, to provide sufficient information for successful partnering
- Respond to internal site messages in a timely way
- Confirm/decline meeting invitations within 24 hours of receipt
- Inform the event organisers and potential partners if you are no longer able to attend the event or if you will be sending a substitute.
Content and Venue Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to the event programme, for example if a Speaker is unable to attend. If we need to change the venue for reasons beyond our control, we will provide you with notice to this effect. You will not be able to cancel unless the change in venue represents a significant disadvantage to you.
Publicity
We will take photographs during MTB2012 to use on our website and in publicity and marketing materials. Please let us know in advance if you do not wish to be included in any photographs.
If you provide us with feedback on the day or afterwards, we may use this in our publicity and marketing materials.

Meeting Mojo owns the software on this site. SEHTA owns the content of this site. You may make a copy of pages for your own, non-commercial use. You will need our permission to reproduce, publish, edit or transmit the content of this site.
Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts for booking events through our site will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or related to such contracts shall be subject to the laws of England and Wales.
