Delegate packages

A number of different packages are available to delegates of the ICE-T Meet the Buyers Conference. Use this list to decide which package you require before proceeding to Registration.

  • Buyers - purchasers of telecare and telehealth products and services, with the potential for procurement.
    Cost: £50 + vat booking fee only (non-refundable)
  • Sellers – telecare and telehealth service and technology providers with market ready solutions
    Cost: £200 + vat (includes £50 non-refundable booking fee)
  • Conference delegate - purchasers, solutions providers, decision makers, clinicians, and business support organizations with an interest in telecare/telehealth sector
    Cost: £110 + vat (includes £50 non-refundable booking fee)
  • Exhibitors - Stands from telecare and telehealth solutions providers
    Cost: £445 + vat (includes £50 non-refundable booking fee)
  • Sponsors – Key players in the health technology sector
    Cost: 3 Options available, see below for package options

 


Buyer Delegate Package:

  • One buyer registration for the day of the event (one partnering table per buyer company)

Please note:
One table per Buyer organization; two buyers maximum per osganization. Only one Buyer per company can schedule partnering meetings.

Additional Buyer delegate package:
Organisations that register one Buyer at ICE-T Meet the Buyers 2012 may also register one further delegate, however there is only one table per Buyer organization and only one Buyer per company can schedule partnering meetings.
